Business Goals So Far

• Secure funding and set up the business.
• Videotape authentic queer women having hot sex.
• Create a short film to play at queer film festivals.
• Coincide world premiere of short film in Vancouver with launch of website (GoodDykePorn.com).
• Membership base increases to the level where all expenses are covered by incoming revenue.
• Create a “Best of…” DVD.
• Sell out of the first round of printing (500 copies).
• Find an appropriate distributor - found one but we’ll see if they turn out to appropriate (July 2008) - and another one for the US (November 2008)
• Generate enough revenue to pay for expenses AND my own basic income. - it’s low but I’m there (September 2008)
• Quit my day job. Well, I was fired. (June 2008)
• Generate enough revenue to pay for expenses AND my own basic income AND everyone on the crew.
• Start featuring other people’s work (dyke porn) on the website.
• Pay off debt (both business and personal).

Future Fantastical Goals:

• Open an office in the West End of Vancouver.
• Pay everyone involved more.
• Regularly contribute to a great charity.
• Buy a house (personal goal, not business).
